The NFL trade deadline is approaching. All 32 clubs have until 4 p.m. ET on November 5th to complete any transactions, or they must wait for the 2025 offseason. Anyone hoping to add or eliminate players from their lineup at the final minute is in for a real treat because it is now crunch time.
Here are some players that we think will be traded away by their teams:
- Mike Williams - Since Aaron Rodgers nearly singled out the former Los Angeles Chargers star for taking the incorrect route in the New York Jets defeat—the loss that led to the club's trade for Davante Adams—the whispers of a trade have persisted.
- Za'Darius Smith - The Detroit Lions, who are hunting for a pass rusher to complement Aidan Hutchinson following his devastating leg injury, have been linked to Smith for weeks.
- Kendrick Bourne - Being careful about trading for elderly role players isn't in the cards for the 2-7 New England Patriots right now. While Bourne has had some injuries lately, he has been a solid backup for the Patriots for a more extended period than fellow wideout K.J. Osborn, who is another possible trade chip.
