When it comes to betting on non-sports events like the elections, where do you usually go? Talking about election betting, awards or betting on other events like tv show outcomes and the like?

Always on the lookout for extra income so I can retire early. Got lucky with betting. Had I known, I should have learned how to become a college bookie. Maybe I would have been semi-retired now. Soon, though. Soon.

You can go to your sportsbook and look for it under Novelty betting. But some will have dedicated sections like: political betting, or entertainment betting. I remember years ago sportsbooks with UK betting markets would offer wagers on the genders of royal babies when there was a pregnant member of the royal family.

Not all sportsbooks will have it though, especially for regulated sportsbooks since some countries have laws that do not allow this. So if you want to get the best possible option, I'd recommend what this guide says: https://gaming911.com/gambling-tutorials/sports-betting-tutorials/shopping-for-betting-odds-is-a-winning-strategy/

Same principle for betting on any sport: window shop for the best odds and that means going through a few sportsbooks until you find the one with the best options.
