Using the RealBookies.com Sportsbook Pay Per Head Software

Opening a Pay Per Head Account with RealBookies.com

The process of opening an agent/bookie account with RealBookies.com is fast and simple. You just answer 4 questions and nit the submit button. A few minutes lates, you get an email with your login info as well as the url of the player site.

I was a bit confused by the information in the email though.

I think that they did not update the email information it reiterates the cost per player but the pricing seems to be wrong. For example, in the email, they have the base cost as $10 per player online. If a player uses the call center to place their wager the rate is at $15 per player.

In addition, it shows the price of the addons which are automatically on when you begin. Therefore, if you do not want them, you have to make sure you turn those off so you do not get charged for them.

Using RealBookies.com to Manage your Sportsbook

The first time you log into the RealBookies.com Sportsbook Pay Per Head Software, a pop up will appears. It asks if you have experience with a pay per head bookie software service. If you choose no, then it gives you a few ways to learn about their PPH platform or get help. I think this is an excellent feature as many PPH just assume that you already know how use their software.

Using RealBookies.com to Manage your Sportsbook

This RealBookies.com Review will not go into all aspects of their software. This is because most of the tools and features are basic part of any sportsbook software. Therefore, they have all of the usual sportsbook reports, player risk management tools and such. Instead, we will go over the features that stand out amongst the competition.

The initial screen is nice because it shows you everything a bookie needs to have at a glance. This includes balance, top winners and losers, open bets and so on. In addition, the design is clean and easy to navigate. Thus, bookies do not look to search for what they want to do.

The number of players is preset based on the number of players you said you had in the registration form. However, you can add as many players as you want by adding them in the player management section.  Once you click on the players setup wizard, you can then go thru each player account and change it to your own specifications. The only thing you cannot change is the Player Name for login purposes as that is set in stone. Everything else you can change.

One of the features that is really helpful in the Player management tab are the instructions at the top of the page.  For agents that are new to their system, it is a blessing. We wish all PPH had this feature.

As we began to explore their pay per head software, we notice that you can choose which player can have access to certain add-ons. For example, you can decide to just give some players access to the prop bet builder or to extend live betting. Thus, you will only be charged extra for those specific players.

More additions that made us go WOW

The Loyalty program – This is fairly new to their service and is a great perk as it gives bookies  rewards for using RealBookies.com and doing certain things.

Poker – Poker is available for your players at an extra-cost. While that is nothing new what sets them apart is the ability to create poker tournaments for their players!

Contests – RealBookies.com gives you the ability to create sports contest for their players like square contests on a game, bracket tournaments and more!

The Real Bookies Player Betting Website and Interface

The Player Betting website is probably the weakest point of the RealBookies.com Pay Per Head service. However, it is not because it does a bad job take sports wagers from players. It is because of several reasons from the betting platform having an outdated look to the steps in placing a wager.

The Real Bookies Player Betting Website and InterfacePlacing a wager on their betting site starts nice and simple and is a good experience. The issue lies when you delve deeper in the wagering process. This is because it is awkward and confusing for new bettors when they choose a wager type. This is because inundates the bettor with tons of options like race to 10 points, adjusted lines and such. While they are great options to have, it is a bit much for someone with no experience betting on sports. This is especially rough when placing a bet on a smart phone.

The live betting is good and with hundreds of options with the Dynamic Live Betting. However, that is an addon that will cost more per player. The question is whether it is worth the extra cost as some other PPH offer them as part of their basic backage.

The Prop bet builder is a bit slow to load and it is annoying that when you click on it, a new tab comes up. As to the racebook, we were happy to see tat you could be on horses on many different racetracks.

The digital casino is not worth mentioning. But then again, it is extremely rare for a pay per head to offer a good digital casino. This is because there is not a lot of demand for them.

Opinion and Review of RealBookies.com

Real Bookies is an excellent choice for first time and professional bookies looking to start their own gambling operation. This is because their Bookie PPH platform is straightforward and easy to understand while offering tons of options.

What sets them apart from most pay per head competitors is the company’s ability to know exactly what a bookie will need to efficiently run their sportsbook. One of the best features we have seen is the ability to create contests for their players. In addition, we like the design of the management platform which makes it a breeze to find what you need.

What we did not or are on the fence about are the micro-options/payments. Some of us thought that this is a great way to fully control what you want in your sportsbook. Others thought that it was too much. Especially since the basic settings already add them to the software. Thus, a bookie could be in for a surprise if he does not go over them first.

Look elsewhere for PPH services

After a year with RealBookies.com's Pay Per Head services, I'm thoroughly disappointed. Their platform is unreliable, often crashing during peak betting times. Customer support is a joke—slow responses and unhelpful solutions. The odds are consistently worse than competitors', eating into my profits. Payouts are delayed, and their so-called "advanced" features are basic at best. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for PPH services.

The best tools to acquire and retain players

I have tries several pay per head and despite being more expensive, real bookies has the best tools to acquire and retain players. One of my favorite feature is the ability to create contest like bracket or square contests for your players.
I also like how pertinent data on your player's betting habit is easily available
